fa جایگاه آموزه‌های وحیانی در طب تسکینی <p dir="RTL" style="font-style:normal;"><span style="color:#003300;"><em><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="page-break-after:auto"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal">طبق تعریف سازمان جهانی بهداشت، طب تسکینی (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-weight:normal">Palliative care</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal">) - که نوعی طب مکمل بشمار می رود- رویکردی است که باعث بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران و خانواده های آنها در مواجهه با مشکلات مربوط به بیماری های تهدید کننده مانند سرطان می شود. هدف عمده در مراقبت تسکینی، دادن معنا و مفهوم به زندگی و شأن و منزلت به زندگی بیمار تا پایان آن است که بخش مهمی از آن از طریق پیشگیری و تسکین رنج و مشکلات روانی و معنوی انجام می پذیرد. در حقیقت مهم ترین موضوع برای افراد مبتلا به بیماری های صعب العلاج و ناعلاج، حفظ آرامش، کاهش استرس و تامین سلامت معنوی است. هدف این مقاله مروری- که با بررسی آیات قرآن و روایات معتبر دینی در این زمینه انجام پذیرفته است- شناسایی و بکارگیری آموزه های وحیانی در مقوله طب تسکینی می باشد. آموزه هایی همچون شناخت صحیح انسان، فلسفه بیماری و بلاها، فضیلت صبر بر بیماری، سازش با دردمندی، تقویت روحیه تقوی و پرهیزکاری، نیایش، دعا و استغفار و توجه به مبدا و معاد از جمله مقولاتی است که می توان با آموزش صحیح آنها به متخصصین این حوزه، دسترسی به اهداف طب تسکینی- ازجمله تاب آوری و بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران و خانواده های ایشان- را تسهیل نمود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></em></span></p> <p style="font-style:normal;"></p> <p style="font-style:normal;"><span style="color:#003300;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">According to the definition of the World Health Organization, palliative care - which is a type of complementary medicine - is an approach that improves the quality of life of patients and their families in the face of problems related to threatening diseases such as cancer. The main goal in palliative care is to give meaning to life and dignity to the patient&#39;s life until its end, an important part of which is done through the prevention and relief of suffering and mental and spiritual problems. In fact, the most important issue for people suffering from incurable diseases is maintaining peace, reducing stress and providing spiritual health. The purpose of this review article - which was done by examining the verses of the Quran and authentic religious traditions in this field - is to identify and apply the teachings of revelation in the category of palliative medicine.
