fa تغییرات الکتروکاردیوگرام بیماران قبل و بعد از عمل جراحی بای پس عروق کرونر قلب و عروق Cardiovascular تحقيقي Original Articles <p dir="RTL" style="font-style:normal;"><em><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> بیماری عروق کرونر </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;">(Coronary Artery Disease: CAD)</span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"> یکی از اصلی‌ترین بیماری‌های قلبی عروقی است که جمعیت جهانی را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. این مطالعه به منظور ارزیابی تغییرات الکتروکاردیوگرام بیماران قبل و بعد از عمل جراحی بای پس عروق کرونر </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;">(Coronary Artery Bypass Graft: CABG)</span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"> انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="font-style:normal;"><em><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی - تحلیلی روی 100 بیمار (71 مرد و 29 زن) در محدوده سنی 37 تا 78 سال (میانگین سنی </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;">8.14</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;">&plusmn;</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;">57.87</span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;">) به روش سرشماری که تحت عمل جراحی بای پس عروق کرونر در بیمارستان امیرالمؤمنین کردکوی طی ششماهه دوم 1398 قرار گرفته بودند؛ انجام شد. داده‌ها شامل سن، جنس و نتایج مربوط به تغییرات نوار قلب شامل تغییرات ضربان قلب و ضربان نبض </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;">(Pulse Rate: PR)</span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"> روز قبل از جراحی، روز بستری، 4 ساعت پس از جراحی، 18 ساعت پس از جراحی، یک روز و دو روز پس از جراحی در پرسشنامه‌ای ثبت شد.</span></span></span></span></em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="font-style:normal;"><em><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بیشترین میانگین ضربان قلب و </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;">PR</span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"> در ساعت 4 پس از جراحی بودند و پس از آن ضربان قلب و </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;">PR</span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"> کاهش داشتند و در روز دوم کمتر از ضربان قلب و </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;">PR</span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"> در روز بستری بودند (</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;">P<0.05</span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;">).</span></span></span></span></em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="font-style:normal;"><em><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به تغییرات معنی‌دار الکتروکاردیوگرام پس از جراحی، بررسی و مونیتورینگ دقیق بیماران به خصوص افراد پرخطر، سبب شناسایی زودهنگام شده و با درمان مناسب و به موقع سبب کاهش عوارض پس از آن در بیماران می‌گردد.</span></span></span></span></em></p> <strong>Background and Objective: </strong>Coronary artery disease (CAD) is one of the major cardiovascular diseases that affect the global population. This study was performed to evaluate the electrocardiogram (ECG) changes of patients before and after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>This descriptive-analytical study was performed on 100 patients (71 males and 29 females) in the age range of 37 to 78 years (mean age of 57.87&plusmn;8.14 years) by census method undergoing CABG surgery in Amir Al-Momenin Kordkoy Hospital, north of Iran during the second half of 2020.
