fa نیازهای مراقبتی حمایتی سالمندان مبتلا به سرطان مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمانی شهر گرگان در سال 1397 طب سالمند Elderly Medicine تحقيقي Original Articles <p style="font-style:normal;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><em><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> مشکلات فراوانی در تمامی ابعاد جسمی، روانی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و خانوادگی برای سالمندان در اثر ابتلا به سرطان می‌تواند ایجاد شود. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین نیازهای مراقبتی حمایتی سالمندان مبتلا به سرطان انجام شد.</span></span></span></em></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><em><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی - تحلیلی روی 248 سالمند (144 مرد و 104 زن) با میانگین سنی </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">6.94</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">&plusmn;</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">67.17</span></span></span> <span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">سال مبتلا به سرطان مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمانی دولتی و خصوصی شهر گرگان با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی و در دسترس در سال 1397 انجام شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه روا و پایای نیازهای مراقبتی حمایتی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">(supportive care need survey)</span></span></span> <span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">دارای پنج حیطه نیازهای جسمی و عملکرد روزانه، سیستم سلامت و اطلاعات، حمایتی و مراقبت از بیمار، روانی و جنسی بود.</span></span></span></em></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><em><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong>&nbsp;بین حیطه های جسمی و عملکرد روزانه، حیطه جنسی، حمایت و مراقبت و سیستم سلامت و اطلاعات با جنسیت رابطه آماری معنی‌داری مشاهده گردید (</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">P<0.05</span></span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">). سالمندان زن در حیطه جسمی و عملکرد روزانه، و سالمندان مرد در حیطه های جنسی، حمایت و مراقبت، سیستم سلامت و اطلاعات نیاز بیشتری برای دریافت کمک داشتند.</span></span></span></em></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><em><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> این مطالعه نشان داد&nbsp; نیازهای برآورده نشده در سالمندان مبتلا به سرطان به ویژه در حیطه جسمی و عملکرد روزانه از میزان بالایی برخوردار است.</span></span></span></em></span></p> <em><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>Background and Objective: </strong>Cancer can cause many problems in all aspects of the physical, mental, social, economic and family life of the elderly patients. This study was done to determine the supportive care needs of the elderly people with cancer in north of Iran.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>This descriptive- analytical study was carried out on 248 elderly patients with cancer whom referred to governmental and private medical centers in Gorgan, Northern Iran during 2018. Data were collected by a valid and reliable questionnaire &quot;Supportive Care Needs Survey-SCNS&quot; consisted of five domains of physical needs and daily functioning, health system and information, supportive and care, mental, and sexual chracteristics.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>There was a significant relationship between physical activity and daily functioning, sexual domain, support and care, health and information system with gender (P<0.05).
