fa اثر لیدوکائین در کاهش درد به دنبال تزریق پروپوفول نوع Lipuro یک درصد The effect of lidocaine in reducing pain following Propofol injection (Lipuro%1) عمومى General تحقيقي Original Articles زمینه و هدف : پروپوفول از جدیدترین داروهای بیهوشی می‌باشد که دارای مزایای بسیار و عوارض اندک در بیهوش نمودن بیماران است. یکی از مشکلات کاربرد این دارو، درد در هنگام تزریق آن می‌باشد. این مطالعه به منظور تاثیر لیدوکائین در کاهش درد به دنبال تزریق پروپوفول در بیماران انجام شد.   روش بررسی: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی در مرکز آموزشی - درمانی پنجم آذر گرگان طی سال 1385 انجام شد. تعداد 272 بیمار 15 تا 55 ساله با ASA1 ClassI,II که کاندید عمل جراحی الکتیو بودند، به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. به گروه اول (91 بیمار) داروی پروپوفول نوع Fresenius یک درصد تزریق شد. به گروه دوم (90 بیمار) داروی پروپوفول نوع Lipuro یک درصد تزریق شد و به گروه سوم (91 بیمار) داروی پروپوفول نوع Lipuro یک‌درصد که باmg 20 لیدوکائین (ml 2 از لیدوکائین 1درصد) مخلوط شده بود، تزریق گردید. محل تزریق داروهای فوق در ورید پشت دست بود و 10-5 ثانیه پس از تزریق 25درصد از دوز اینداکشن بیهوشی، درد بیماران با استفاده از روش VRS اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS و آزمون‌ آماری کای‌اسکوئر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.   یافته‌ها : فراوانی درد (Score1-3) در گروه اول 91/63 (2/69درصد)، در گروه دوم 90/50 (6/55درصد) و در گروه سوم 91/22 (2/24درصد) بود که اختلاف معنی‌دار با یکدیگر داشتند (05/0P<). شدت درد متوسط و شدید (Score 2,3) در 91/42 (1/46درصد) از بیماران گروه اول، در 90/18 (20درصد) از بیماران گروه دوم و در گروه سوم 91/2 (2/2درصد) تعیین گردید (05/0P<).   نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد که استفاده از لیدوکائین 1درصد همراه با داروی پروپوفول نوع Lipuro باعث کاهش درد در هنگام تزریق می‌گردد. Background & Objective: Propofol is one of the latest anesthetic agent which has many advantages with few side effects in patients. One of the application problems of this drug is pain at the time of injection. Several methods are investigated to reduce the pain, and one of them is the application of Lidocaine together with Propofol. Materials & Methods: This randomized clinical trial study was done in 5th Azar teaching during 2007. 272 patients were selected randomly between age of 15-55 years with ASA Class I,II who were the candidates of elective surgery. We injected  Fresenius %1 to the first group with 91 patients, Lipuro %1 to the second group with 90 patients and Propofol drug Lipuro %1 mixed with 20 mg Lidocaine (2 ml of Lidocaine %1) to the third group with 91 patients. Injections was carid out on the supenlial vein of dorsal hand. Patients were asked about the severity of pain at the time of injection, 5-10 seconds after %25 of anesthetic induction doze. Data analyzed with using SPSS software and Chi-Squre test. Results: The rate (incidence) of pain (Score 1-3) has been 63.91 (%69.2) in the first group, 50.90 (%55.6), and 22.9 (24.2%) in the third group in which there is a significant difference (P<0.001). Moderate and sever intensity of pain (Score 2.3) was 42.91 (46%) For the first group, 18.90 (20%) for the second group and 2.91 (2.2%) for the third group (P<0.001).
