fa فراوانی و حساسیت آنتی‌بیوتیکی سودوموناس آئروژینوزاهای جدا شده از بیمارستان طالقانی گرگان Prevalence and antibiotic susceptibility of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from Taleghani hospital, Gorgan-Iran عمومى General گزارش كوتاه Short Communication زمینه و هدف : مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی در باکتری سودوموناس ائروژینوزا به عنوان یکی از عوامل ایجاد کننده عفونت‌های بیمارستانی در سال‌های اخیر روند صعودی داشته است. هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی فراوانی و حساسیت آنتی‌بیوتیکی سودوموناس آئروژینوزاهای جدا شده از بیمارستان طالقانی گرگان بود. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی محیط بی‌جان اطراف بیماران در بخش‌های مختلف بیمارستان طالقانی در تابستان 1385 مورد نمونه‌برداری قرار گرفت. نمونه‌برداری با استفاده از سوآب و گاز استریل انجام شد. برای انجام تست‌های افتراقی و شناسایی سویه‌های به‌دست آمده از محیط‌های کشت BHI ، سیتریماید آگار و TSI استفاده شد و حساسیت آنتی‌بیوتیکی به روش کربی بائر و با استفاده از محیط کشت مولرهینتون آگار تعیین گردید. یافته‌ها : از 292 نمونه تهیه شده، 55 نمونه از نظر سودوموناس آئروژینوزا مثبت بودند. براساس نسبت نمونه‌های مثبت به کل نمونه‌ها، بخش تالاسمی با 5/38درصد آلوده‌ترین بخش و شیرهای آب با 1/61درصد آلوده‌ترین محل از نظر نمونه‌برداری شناسایی شدند. 20 درصد و 7/32 درصد از نمونه‌ها به ترتیب به سفتازیدیم و پیپراسیلین مقاومت داشتند که 9/10درصد درصد از آنها مقاومت هم‌زمان به هر دو آنتی‌بیوتیک داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که آلودگی به سودوموناس آئروژینوزا و وجود مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی از مشکلات مهم این مرکز درمانی می‌ باشد. Background & Objective: in recent years antibiotic resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is increased as a causetive factor in hospital contamination. This study was done to determine the prevalence and antibiotics susceptibility of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from inanimate objects in Taleghani hospital.   Materials & Methods: This descriptive study was done on inanimate objects in different wards of Taleghani hospital during 2006. Sampling was performed by sterile gauze pad for dry surfaces and swab for wet surfaces. To differentiate and identify P.aeruginosa, various culture media such as Brain Heart Infusion Agar, Citrimide Agar and Triple Sugar Iron Agar were used. Antibiotic sensitivity of the isolated strains was determined by Kirby-Bauer Method using Muller-hinton Agar medium. Moreover, antiseptic sensitivity of the strains to Decosept and Povidone-Iodine as the main antiseptic agents was identified by determining Minimal Bactericidal Concentration and Minimal Inhibitory Concentration using Nutrient Agar and Nutrient Broth media.   Results: Fifty-five of the total 292 samples were positive for P.aeruginosa. Based on the ratio of the number of positive samples to the total samples, Thalassemia ward (38.5%) was the most infected ward and taps (61.1%) was the most infected sampling place.
