fa سازگاری رفتاری کودکان شب ادرار و غیر شب ادرار در دبستان های شهر همدان عمومى General تحقيقي Original Articles شب ادراری یکی از مشکلات شایع و پیچیده دوران کودکی است و بر روابط کودک و والدین و همچنین همسالان اثرات منفی بر جای می گذارد. مطالعات نشان داده اند که در مقایسه با کودکان عادی، کودکان مبتلا به شب ادراری دارای مشکلات رفتاری هستند و از آن رنج می برند. این تحقیق با هدف تعیین و مقایسه سازگاری رفتاری کودکان شب ادرار و غیر شب ادرار در دبستان های شهر همدان انجام گرفت. مطالعه از نوع مورد- شاهدی بر روی 320 نفر با انتخاب نمونه گیری تصادفی چند مرحله ای صورت پذیرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده ها فرم مصاحبه منظم بود که بر اساس چک لیست رفتاری کودک برای کودکان سنین دبستان گزارش شده کاسل و راسل تدوین شد. نتایج بررسی نشان داد بین نمرات کسب شده در دو گروه کودکان شب ادرار و غیر شب ادرار از نظر سازگاری فردی، اجتماعی، فیزیکی، سازگاری در منزل، مدرسه و سازگاری کل شخصیت اختلاف معنادار وجود دارد (P<0.001) و کودکان شب ادرار با درصد بالا دارای مشکلات رفتاری بودند و بین میانگین نمرات دو گروه اختلاف معنی دار آماری وجود داشت (P<0.001). Enuresis is one of the most common and complex problems of childhood and it affects the relationships between children, parents and coevals. It negatively affects these relationships. Studies have shown that in comparison with normal children, Enuresis children have behavioral problems and suffer them. This survey was done with this aim to determined and compare enuresis and non-enuresis children&rsquo;s behavioral adjustment in Hamadan primary schools. This study was conducted by case-control method and a total of 320 pupils were studied. These subjects were selected randomly by multi-phase sampling. The interview forms were the data collecting means. It was based on children&rsquo;s behavioral checklist for the school-aged children which had been reported by Russel and Cassel.
