fa ارتباط حجم جمجمه و مغز با وزن و قد افراد 26-18 ساله علوم تشریحی Anatomy تحقيقي Original Articles زمینه و هدف : انتروپومتری علمی است که روی اندازه‌های بدن انسان مطالعه می‌کند. یکی از گرایش‌های این رشته، مطالعه اندازه جمجمه و حجم مغز در انسان و اثر آن بر روی اندازه اعضای دیگر است. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین حجم جمجمه و وزن مغز و ارتباط آن با قد و وزن افراد 26-18 ساله انجام شد. روش بررسی : این مطالعه توصیفی &ndash; تحلیلی روی 286 دانشجو (150 دختر و 136 پسر) در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک انجام شد. اندازه جمجمه، حجم مغز، قد، وزن، شاخص مغزی و نسبت مغز به بدن اندازه گیری شد. یافته‌ها : میانگین حجم مغز پسران ودختران به ترتیب 1393.31 و 1168.71 میلی‌متر مکعب، میانگین وزن مغز پسران و دختران به ترتیب 1445.19 و 1209.61 گرم و میانگین شاخص مغزی پسران و دختران به ترتیب 1.99 و 2.2 تعیین شد (P<0.05). همبستگی مثبت آماری در هر دو جنس بین حجم مغز با قد و وزن و شاخص توده بدنی مشاهده گردید. نتیجه‌گیری : حجم و وزن مغز پسران بیش از دختران و شاخص مغزی دختران بیش از پسران بود. Background and Objective: The size of the human body is studied in anthropometry. In the one field of anthropometry, the relation of skull and brain size with body weight and height in human are studied. This study was done to determine the relation between cranial capacity and brain weight with body weight and height in 18-26 years old Iranian students. Methods: This cross-sectional study was done on 286 students (150 females and 136 males) in Arak, Iran. Cranial capacity, brain weight, body weight and height, cerebral index and the ratio of brain to body (cerebral quotient) in 18-26 years old students were measeared. Results: The mean of cranial capacity in males and females were 1393.71 and 1168.71 mm3, respectively (P<0.05). The mean of brain weight in males and females were 1445.19 and 1209.61 gram, respectively (P<0.05). The mean of cerebral index in males and females were 1.99 and 2.2, respectively (P<0.05). Positive statistical correlation was seen between cranial capacity with body weight, height and BMI in both gender.
