style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> بیماری‌های قلب و عروق اولین عامل مرگ و میر در کشورهای صنعتی و غیرصنعتی می‌باشد. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین نتایج آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر و مشخصات دموگرافیک مراجعین مرکز آنژیوگرافی کوثر استان گلستان انجام شد.</span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="font-style:normal;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این مطالعه توصیفی روی 5444 نفر از مراجعین به مرکز آنژیوگرافی کوثر استان گلستان در سال‌های 88-1387 انجام گردید. مشخصات دموگرافیک، نمایه توده بدنی ، قومیت ، مصرف دخانیات و مواد مخدر، پرفشاری خون و نتایج آنژیوگرافی </span></span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">افراد ثبت شد. </span></span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">SPSS-13</span></span></span> <span :</span></span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> 52 درصد از مراجعین مرد و 48درصد زن بودند. 72 درصد از گروه قومی فارس بودند. </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">49.5%</span></span></span> <span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بی‌سواد بودند. </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">7.4%</span></span></span> <span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span <span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">از مراجعین به ترتیب مصرف کننده دخانیات و مواد مخدر بودند. </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">38.2%</span></span></span> <span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">از موارد ثبت شده سابقه ابتلا به پرفشاری خون را ذکر نمودند. میانگین </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">BMI</span></span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span Gender, age, ethnicity, </span><span style="COLOR: windowtext mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt mso-bidi-language: FA">body mass index</span><span style="COLOR: windowtext mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt"> (BMI), cigarette </span><span style="COLOR: windowtext mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt mso-bidi-language: FA">smoking, opium, hypertension and coronary arteries angiography findings were completed for each subjects. Coronary arteries angiography was performed on 5400 of subjects. Data was analyzed by using SPSS-13, ANOVA, Chi-Square and Kruskal-Wallis tests.<p></p></span></font></font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida MARGIN: 6pt 0cm DIRECTION: ltr unicode-bidi: embed TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% mso-pagination: none"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman"><b><span style="COLOR: windowtext mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt">Results:</span></b><span style="COLOR: windowtext mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="COLOR: windowtext mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt mso-bidi-language: FA">In this study 52% of subjects were men. </span><span style="COLOR: windowtext mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt">72% of patients were Native Fars.</span><span style="COLOR: windowtext mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt mso-bidi-language: FA"> 49.5% of subjects were found to be illiterate. While 92.6% of clients did not reported any history of smoking, 22.5% of subjects were addicted to different opium. The mean BMI was 27.48 and 38.2% of clients reported a history of hypertension. Coronary arteries angiography was performed on 5400 of subjects. Coronary arteries disorders were determined in 3142 of subjects (58.8% males, 41.2% females).
