fa چالش‌های سازمان‌های مردم نهاد برای ارتقاء سلامت اجتماعی: یک مطالعه کیفی نظام سلامت Health System تحقيقي Original Articles <p dir="RTL" style="font-style:normal;"><span style="color:#003300;"><em><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="page-break-after:auto"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> سازمان‌های مردم نهاد (سمن) </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-weight:normal">(Non-governmental organizations: NGOs)</span></span><span style="font-weight:normal"> از دیرباز در حوزه سلامت فعال بوده و نقش کلیدی و به سزایی در آن داشته‌اند؛ ولی این سازمان‌ها در برای ارتقاء سلامت اجتماعی برای مردم کمتر شناخته شده هستند و زیاد مورد توجه برنامه‌ریزان و مدیران نظام سلامت نیستند. این مطالعه به منظور تبیین چالش‌های سازمان‌های مردم نهاد برای ارتقاء سلامت اجتماعی انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></em></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="font-style:normal;"><br> <span style="color:#003300;"><em><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="page-break-after:auto"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این مطالعه کیفی روی 15 نفر از مدیران و صاحب نظران علمی و اجرایی وزارت بهداشت، وزارت کشور، استانداری، دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور و و سازمان‌های مردم نهاد با روش نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف در سال 1400 انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از راهنمای مصاحبه و به روش مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته جمع‌آوری شدند. سپس داده‌ها پس از ضبط و پیاده‌سازی، به روش تحلیل محتوا آنالیز شدند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></em></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="font-style:normal;"><br> <span style="color:#003300;"><em><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="page-break-after:auto"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> چالش‌های سازمان‌های مردم نهاد برای ارتقاء سلامت اجتماعی در شش عنوان اصلی چالش‌های برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی، عملکردی، سیاستی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی اجتماعی و 33 عنوان فرعی طبقه‌بندی گردید. اکثر مشارکت کنندگان بر نقش ضعیف سازمان‌های مردم نهاد در ارتقاء سلامت اجتماعی تاکید داشتند و آن را ناشی از چالش‌های برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی، عملکردی، سیاستی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی اجتماعی ‌دانستند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></em></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="font-style:normal;"><br> <span style="color:#003300;"><em><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="page-break-after:auto"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> توانمندسازی سازمان‌های مردم نهاد در ارتباط با داشتن برنامه راهبردی و عملیاتی و جذب منابع مالی از بخش‌های مختلف دولتی، خصوصی و خیرین کمک شایانی به تقویت آنها برای پیشبرد برنامه‌های ارتقاء سلامت اجتماعی خواهد نمود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></em></span></p> <p style="font-style:normal;"></p> <p style="font-style: normal;"><span style="color:#003300;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b>Background and Objective: </b>Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) have been active in the field of health for a long time and have played a key role in it, but these organizations are less known to the public for the promotion of social health and are not much considered by the planners and managers of the health system. This study was conducted to determine the challenges of NGOs&rsquo; to promote social health in Iran.<br> <b>Methods: </b>In this qualitative study, 15 Iranian managers and scientific and executive experts of the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Interior, Governorate, and Universities of Medical Sciences of the country were selected by purposeful sampling during 2021. Data were collected using an interview guide and semi-structured in-depth interview methods. After recording and transcribing, the data were analyzed by content analysis.<br> <b>Results:</b> The challenges of NGOs to promote social health in Iran were classified into six main themes of planning, organizing, functional, political, economic, and sociocultural challenges, and 33 sub-themes.
