fa دانش و نگرش کودکان پیش دبستانی دختر در زمینه پیشگیری از سوء استفاده جنسی در گرگان (1395) تنظيم خانواده و بهداشت باروري Family Planning and Reproductive Health Care تحقيقي Original Articles <p dir="RTL" style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><em><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> سوء استفاده جنسی از کودکان، مشکلی بسیار جدی در سراسر جهان است که اثرات منفی گسترده و گاه ترمیم‌ناپذیری برای قربانی، خانواده و جامعه به همراه دارد. بخش قابل توجهی از قربانیان، تجربه سوء استفاده جنسی را در سنین کمتر از ۷ سال گزارش کرده‌اند. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین دانش و نگرش کودکان پیش دبستانی دختر در زمینه پیشگیری از سوء استفاده جنسی در شهر گرگان طی سال 1395 انجام شد.<br> <br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی روی 56 دختر پیش‌دبستانی با میانگین سنی 3.87&plusmn;76.13 ماه&nbsp;(6.34 سال) به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی منظم از بین پرونده‌های خانوار واجد دختر سنین پیش دبستانی در دو مرکز بهداشت شهر گرگان طی سال 1395 انجام شد. دانش و نگرش کودکان در زمینه پیشگیری از سوء استفاده جنسی، با استفاده از نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه ۱۲ سوالی امنیت فردی و با روش مصاحبه تعیین گردید.<br> <br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> از بین ۵۶ کودک مورد مطالعه، تنها 9 کودک (16 درصد) هر سه منطقه خصوصی بدن را می‌شناختند و از این بین نیز تنها 2 کودک (3.5%) نام صحیح هر سه منطقه را بلد بودند. 80 درصد از کودکان معتقد بودند؛ اگر فرد مجرم از آنها بخواهد که لمس قسمت خصوصی بدنشان به صورت یک راز باقی بماند؛ نباید به فردی اطلاع دهند. 48 درصد از آنان واکنش‌های اجتنابی مناسبی را هنگام لمس نامناسب، انتخاب نکردند. 43 درصد از کودکان قسمت‌های خصوصی بدن خود را دوست نداشتند و موارد لمس مناسب نیز از جانب اکثر کودکان مجاز دانسته نشد.<br> <br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> اکثر کودکان پیش دبستانی، دانش و نگرش مناسبی در مورد پیشگیری از سوء استفاده جنسی نداشتند که نشان از کاستی‌هایی در آموزش‌های پیشگیری به آنان در سطوح مختلف جامعه دارد.</em></p> <em><strong>Background and Objective: </strong>Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) is a very serious problem all over the world with widespread and often unrecoverable negative consequences for victim, family and the society. Significant proportion of victims reported abused sexually when they were younger than 7 years. This study was done to evaluate the knowledge and attitude of pre-school girls about sexual abuse prevention in Gorgan during 2016.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>In this descriptive study, 56 pre-school girls with mean age of 76.13&plusmn;3.87 months (6.34 years), who were chosen through systematic random sampling, among the files of the households with<br> a pre-school age girl from two health centers in Gorgan, north of Iran during 2016.
