fa میزان اضطراب و رابطه آن با برخی متغیرها در مراقبین پرواز برج مراقبت فرودگاه مهرآباد عمومى General تحقيقي Original Articles مقدمه و هدف: از جمله شایع ترین اختلالات روانپزشکی، بیماری های اضطرابی می باشد که در تمام سنین به ویژه سنین جوانی و میان سالی خود را نشان می دهد. بعضی از اقشار جامعه از جمله مراقبین پرواز برج های مراقبت فرودگاه به علل متعدد نسبت به این بیماری ها آسیب پذیر می باشند. هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی سطح اضطراب پرسنل برج مراقبت فرودگاه مهرآباد و تعیین رابطه بین متغیرهای مختلف مثل سن، سابقه کار، جنس و میزان تحصیلات، تاهل، مصرف سیگار، ورزش کردن، رضایت شغلی با سطح اضطراب می باشد.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی می باشد که به صورت مقطعی در بهار سال 1382 انجام شده است. جمعیت مورد مطالعه تمامی پرسنل (101 نفر) برج مراقبت پرواز فرودگاه مهرآباد تهران بودند که با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد 33 سوالی اضطراب مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند و رابطه اضطراب به عنوان یک متغیر وابسته با 8 متغیر مستقل ذکر شده، سنجیده شد.یافته ها: در این جامعه آماری 22.8 درصد اضطراب ناچیز تا مرزی، 52.5 درصد اضطراب خفیف تا متوسط و 24.8 درصد اضطراب شدید تا بسیار شدید داشتند. ارتباط رضایت شغلی و سطح اضطراب از آماری معنی داری بوده است در صورتی که رابطه سابقه کار، سطح تحصیلات، سن، تاهل، سیگار، ورزش و سطح اضطراب از نظر آماری معنی دار نبود. نتیجه گیری: افزایش رضایت شغلی نقش مهمی در پیشگیری از اضطراب دارد و با توجه به این که عدم تمرکز ناشی از اضطراب در این شغل حساس، می تواند منشا حوادث ناگوار باشد، لذا پیشنهاد می شود که مسوولین مربوطه با انتخاب مناسب افراد و همچنین برقراری شرایط مناسب جهت ایجاد رضایت شغلی، گامی مهم در ارتقا سطح ایمنی پروازهای هوایی بردارند. Background & Objective: The most common disorders in psychiatry are anxiety disorder. The onset is from adolescence through early adulthood. Some people due to various reasons are susceptible to these disorders, such as airport tower’s controller. This study was done in order to determine anxiety level and its relationship with some variables such as age, length of employment, gender, education, marital status, cigarette consumption, physical training and employment satisfaction. Materials & Methods: This was a cross-sectional descriptive analytical study, which was performed on all of the controller personals (101 samples) during spring 2003, at Tehran Mehrabad Airport, control towers controllers. They were studied by using an anxiety questionnaire. The relationship between anxiety level was determined by 8 independent variables. Results: The findings from this study indicated the following results: Undetectable minor anxiety (22.8%), mild intermediate anxiety (52.5%) and high-very high anxiety (24.8%). Conclusion: According to the results from this study. The employment satisfaction could play an important role, in preventing the anxiety. In this sensitive job, the personal attention and concentration is of upmost importance, any factor that disrupts, this concentration should be prevented, otherwise unwanted accidents may happen.
