fa اولسر سوراخ کننده غیرتروماتیک آتروسکلروتیک آئورت توراسیک نزولی بدون تشکیل هماتوم همراه : گزارش یک مورد قلب و عروق Cardiovascular گزارش مورد Case Report اولسر سوراخ کننده غیرترومایی وضعیتی است که در آن یک ضایعه آترواسکلروتیک آئورت لامینای الاستیک داخلی را به داخل مدیا سوراخ می‌کند. افتراق این زخم از علل دیگر سندرم حاد آئورت مانند هماتوم اینترامورال و دایسکشن آئورت مشکل است. علامت اصلی درد حاد و شدید قفسه‌سینه است که به بین دو کتف تیر می‌کشد و مشابه درد دایسکشن آئورت توراسیک است. در این مقاله یک خانم 52 ساله معرفی می‌شود که درد رترواسترنال طولانی مدت داشت و اولسر سوراخ کننده آترواسکلروتیک آئورت توراسیک نزولی برای وی تشخیص داده شد. برخلاف تابلوی غالب بیماری، در این بیمار هیچ نوع شکل‌گیری هماتوم دیواره آئورت در اکوی ترانس ازوفاژیال و سی‌تی آنژیوگرافی مشاهده نشد. Penetrating atheromatous ulcer is the condition in which ulceration of an aortic atherosclerotic lesion penetrates the internal elastic lamina into the media. Differentiation of penetrating atheromatous ulcer from other causes of acute aortic syndrome such as intramural haematoma and aortic dissection is difficult. The main symptom is a severe, acute chest pain radiating to the inter-scapular area, similar to classical acute aortic dissection of the thoracic aorta. In present article a case of a 52 years old woman with long- standing retrosternal chest pain and with penetrating atherosclerotic aortic ulcer in descending aorta was reported.
