fa تعیین و مقایسه سطح سرمی ایمنوگلبولین ها در معتادان به تریاک و مشتقات آن و افراد سالم غیر معتاد عمومى General تحقيقي Original Articles مقدمه و هدف: اعتیاد اساس اجتماع و شالوده خانواده ها را تهدید به فنا و سقوط می کند و هستی ملت ها را به خاک و خاکستر تبدیل می سازد و زیان های مادی و معنوی و خسارات جانی فراوانی در پی دارد و افراد معتاد حساس به عفونت ها و دارای مقاومت کم هستند. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی میزان ایمنوگلبولین ها در معتادان به تریاک و مشتقات آن و مقایسه با افراد غیرمعتاد که هیچ گونه مواد مخدر و دخانیات مصرف نمی کنند، می باشد.مواد و روش ها: در این تحقیق مورد- شاهدی از 150 فرد معتاد و 150 فرد سالم هم سن و هم جنس از هر کدام 5 سی سی خون گرفته و سپس سرم آنرا جدا نموده و مقدار ایمنوگلوبین M و ایمنوگلبولین G و ایمنوگلبولین A آنها به روش SRID اندازه گیری شد.یافته ها: میانگین IgM در افراد غیر معتاد mg/dl 32.85123.8&plusmn; و در افراد معتاد 47.28mg/dl 109.5&plusmn;بود (P<0.05). میانگین IgG افراد معتاد mg/dl 354.38 &plusmn; 1008.6 و در افراد غیرمعتاد mg/dl 1307.2&plusmn;291.07 بود (P<0.05).نتیجه گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین مقدار IgG و IgM در افراد معتاد نسبت به افراد غیرمعتاد به طور معنی داری کمتر بود که با مطالعاتی که در کشورهای دیگر انجام شده هم خوانی دارد. Background & Objective: Addiction threatens the foundation of society and families. Addiction also causes a lot of material and spiritual losses. The addicted people are susceptible to infections with low resistance against disease. The aim of this project is to investigate the immunoglobin serum level in the Opium addicted and compare it with people whom addict to anything including cigarette. Materials & Methods: In this study 5 cc of blood was taken from each of 150 addicts and 150 healthy people of the same age and sex. Third blood serums were then separated and their immunoglobulin M, immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin A were determined by SRID method. Results: Mean&plusmn;SD of IgM in healthy and addicted subjects were 123&plusmn;32.85 mg/dl and 109.5&plusmn;47.28 mg/dl, respectively (P<0.05). Mean&plusmn;SD of IgG in healthy and addicted subjects were 1008&plusmn;354.38 mg/dl and 1307.2&plusmn;291.07 mg/dl, respectively (P<0.05).
