fa درمان جراحی شکستگی ثلث میانی کلاویکل به روش superior reconstruction plating ارتوپدي Orthopaedics تحقيقي Original Articles زمینه و هدف : شکستگی‌های کلاویکل 4درصد از کل شکستگی‌های بدن را شامل می‌شود. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین نتایج درمان جراحی شکستگی ثلث میانی کلاویکل به روش superior reconstruction plating انجام شد. روش بررسی : این مطالعه توصیفی روی 31 بیمار (26 مرد و 5 زن) مبتلا به شکستگی تازه یک سوم میانی کلاویکل با جابجایی شدید بیمارستان‌های حضرت رسول اکرم (ص)، شفا یحیائیان و فیروزگر تهران در سال‌های 91-1388 انجام شد. بیماران پس از عمل جراحی و ترخیص از بیمارستان تحت پیگیری‌های مستمر از نظر constant shoulder score و زمان جوش خوردن و عوارض شکستگی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها : بیشترین علت شکستگی (65 درصد) در اثر تصادف بود. میانگین constant shoulder score با مقدار عددی 87.61 با افزایش سن کاهش پیدا ‌کرد. عدم جوش خوردگی تنها در 3.2% از بیماران مؤنث مشاهده گردید. عفونت محل عمل در 6.5% از بیماران مشاهده شد که با آنتی‌بیوتیک خوراکی درمان شد. زمان جوش خوردگی و درد اطراف اسکاپولا با افزایش سن افزایش یافت. نتیجه‌گیری : در درمان شکستگی ثلث میانی کلاویکل، روش superior reconstruction plating به خاطر عوارض کم، constant shoulder score بالا و هزینه پایین درمانی ارجح است. Background and Objective: Four percent of fractures were happened in clavicle bone. This study was done to evaluate the outcomes of superior reconstruction plating method in middle third of clavicle fracture. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was carried out on 31 patients with middle third of clavicle fracture in Tehran-Iran, during 2009-12. The patients were treated surgically with superior reconstruction plating method. The treatment outcomes were determined by regular follow up in constant shoulder score, duration of :::::union::::: and complications of surgery. Results: The mean value of constant shoulder score was 87.6 which are reduced by chronical age. Non :::::union::::: rate and infection occurred in 3.2% and 6.5% of subjects. Duration of :::::union::::: and pre-scapular pain is increased by chronical age.
