fa مننژیومای جلدی و گزارش یک مورد از آن عمومى General گزارش مورد Case Report انواعی از نواحی خارج جمجمه شامل بینی، احشای مختلف ، پوست، حفره چشم، چشم و بافت های خارج نخاع مستعد مننژیوما توصیف کرده اند. مننژیوم جلدی به طور شایع در پوست سر، نواحی پیشانی یا پاراورتبرال رخ می دهد. ما در این مقاله یک مورد مننژیوم جلدی در ناحیه پیشانی را گزارش می کنیم که با توجه به منابع موجود بسیار نادر می باشد. بیمار ما زن میانسالی بود با توده سمت راست پیشانی از دو سال قبل که در عکس برداری از جمجمه و سی تی اسکن به عمل آمده از بیمار، هیچ ضایعه داخل جمجمه ای دیده نمی شد و فقط گرفتاری استخوان پیشانی به صورت ضخیم شدگی آن وجود داشت. بعد از برداشتن توده به وسیله جراحی و در آزمایش میکروسکوپی نمونه ها، تشخیص هیستوپاتولوژیک، مننژیوم نوع مننگوتلیوماتوس بوده و در مطالعه ایمنوهیستوشیمی، برای پادگان غشای اپی تلیکال واکنش نشان داد. در سیر بالینی، مننژیوم های خارج جمجمه ای به آهستگی بزرگ می شوند و معمولا فقط با برداشتن بهبود می یابند و اما برداشت نا کامل آن می تواند به عود منجر شود؛ چیزی که برای بیمار ما نیز اتفاق افتاد. A variety of extracranial sites have been described for Meningiomas including the nose, various viscera, skin, eye and extraspinal tissue. Among them cutaneous Meningioma generally occur most frequently on the scalp, forehead or paravertebral areas. We are reporting in this article one case of cutaneous Meningioma in the forehead region with respect by reviewing the literatures is very rare tumor. Our patient is a middle age woman with right forehead mass from two years ago, in the skull X-ray and computerized tomography of our case intracranial lesion is not seen and also there is some thickening involving frontal bone. After the surgical excision of the mass and in the microscopic examination of specimens, histopathologic diagnosis is Meningioma (Meningotheliomatous type) and immunohistochemical study react for epithelial membrane antigen.
